Chickpea Broccoli Pesto Pasta
Ingredients

2x Cups
Broccoli

1 Bulb Garlic (Diced)

2x Cups Mushrooms
(thinly Sliced)

Chickpeas
(1x Cup/can)

1x Pasta Noodles
(Your Choice)

Pesto Sauce
(3-5x Tbsps)
Optional:

Chili Flakes
(1-2 Tbsps)

Walnuts Pieces
(1/2x Cup)

Nutritional Yeast
(2-3x Tbsp)
Directions

Gather and prepare ingredients

In a pot cook pasta according to package.

While pasta is cooking sauté mushrooms, broccoli and garlic with splash of oil & water.
-
Once pasta is cooked, strain and rinse pasta under water, then transfer to saucepan mushrooms & broccoli.

Add chickpeas, walnuts and chili flakes and stir. next stir in pesto sauce.

Cook for next 3-5mins and serve.
