We identify triggers or cause(s) such as food/lifestyle factors, environmental factors, pathogens/infections, toxins, etc., that are contributing to your current health conditions.

The human body is an intricate network of biological systems that work in harmony to maintain homeostasis. When one system becomes imbalanced, symptoms occur, and other systems are affected. By using functional lab testing, Leigh can help identify how your body is functioning and correlate it alongside your health assessment. Testing can be a game changer!

What to eat can be very confusing these days, especially with all the conflicting arguments on the internet. The fact is even healthy food like sauerkraut can also have a negative effect on some people. During your time with Leigh, he will help you create a healthy relationship with food through lifestyle modifications, habits, triggers, and understanding intolerances and sensitivities.

Leigh focuses his practice on a holistic approach, not just your symptoms. He looks at your lifestyle, habits, history, your environment, your mind and spirit, which may be contributing to your health outcomes. Leigh uses other modalities like sweating, castor oil packs, dry brushing, colon enemas, and more to support your body to heal.

Everyone is unique and has a very different makeup. When it comes to supplements, what works for someone may have little to no effect for someone else. Supplements should always be taken for a specific purpose, rather than a random reason. Supplements can have a great effect in supporting the body and treating the root cause for each individual.

Where do I start?

1st - Book your free discovery call (20-Minutes)

The purpose of the free 20-minute discovery call is for me to get to know you and understand your overall health concerns. I will listen to your concerns and ask you some questions about your health, goals, challenges, and what you have tried in the past.

By the end of the call, I will have some clarity on whether working together is a good fit, or I will point you in the right direction. If we are a good fit, I will suggest the best options to move forward and for you to book your first appointment. Once booked, you will be sent an email with an in-depth questionnaire to be filled out and sent back 2 days prior to the first appointment.

2nd - Initial Health & Lifestyle Assessment (90-minutes)

Before your first appointment, you will be emailed a link to download intake questionnaire forms, which go over your health history, body symptom analysis, home & work environments, dietary & lifestyle habits, and more!

 

In this appointment, together we will go over your answers on your intake form. I will be asking more questions in relation to your answers to have a clear understanding of your current health concerns.

 

During this time, recommendations for functional lab tests may be necessary to help identify how the body is functioning. If agreed upon, they will be scheduled, along with a follow-up appointment to discuss the results.

At the end, with the information gathered, I will design your individualized health plan with a step-by-step process based on your needs and your goals for your next appointment.

Office Work

3rd - Personalized Health Plan (90-minutes)

In this appointment, I will present you with your personalized health plan, where I go through each section discussing what is entailed and why it's relevant to your health concerns and goals. The plan will consist of easy-to-understand pictures, diagrams, educational videos, and clinical studies. Your health plan will be thorough with:

- Addressing your current health concerns

- Identifying Root Causes & Solutions  

- Creating a Road Map to Healing

- Educational Handouts Supporting Protocol

- Dietary Recommendations

- Lifestyle Foundations

- Targeted Supplement

- Supportive Recipes

By the end of the session, you will have the knowledge, confidence & my motivation to start your health journey towards your goals. 

4th - Follow-up, Fine Tune & Future Implementation (60-Minutes)

Health is not linear; there will be ups and downs on your journey. Follow-up appointments are a great way to stay on track, as I will continue to encourage you, motivate you, help you stay accountable, and continue to achieve your goals.

 

These appointments are where we monitor progress, discuss challenges, revisit goals, make changes if required, and continue the progression to true health. During this time, I will continue to provide resources on nutrition, lifestyle tips, and health topics to build confidence for sustaining long-term health.
