Directions
  1. Gather and prepare ingredients accordingly
     

  2. Place berries, bananas and flax seeds in blender. Blend ingredients, add a splash of coconut water to help mix while using 

  3. Pour mixture into a bowl with spatula. 

  4. Decorate the smoothie bowl with remaining ingredients. 

  5. Smoothie bowls are delicious and packed full of nutrients! Experiment and share your creations on my social media.
