Directions
  1. Gather and prepare all ingredients.
     
  2. Rinse quinoa under water, before cooking. in a pot add quinoa and double amount of water on high heat. Once boiling reduce heat to medium/low. 
  3. While quinoa is cooking saute or bake tofu marinated in tamari sauce.
  4. Prepare salad dressing by adding all ingredients (garlic, tahini, lemon juice and turmeric) into a blender, blend low speed and gradually increase speed and add water to desired texture.   
  5. In a salad bowl place salad greens, beets and carrots in sections. 
  6. Add the cooked quinoa and tofu to salad bowl, then pour salad dressing and serve.
