(2x Cup/Can)

(1/2 Cup)

2x Lemon Juiced
+ Zest
Spices: 2x tsp Cumin, 2x tsp Coriander, 2x tsp paprika 
Directions (Crackers)
  1. Place all ingredients into a food processor.

  2. Process mixture until desirable texture.

  3. Using a spatula, transfer half the mixture into a bowl.

  4. Transfer the other half into glass storage container to have later.

  5. Drizzle olive oil on top of the hummus and season with paprika, Garlic and chickpeas.

  6. Experiment with other flavors like spinach, beets and others.

Directions (Hummus)
  1. Place all ingredients into a food processor.

  2. Process mixture until desirable texture.

  3. Using a spatula, transfer half the mixture into a serving bowl and other into a glass storage container. Top the hummus with a drizzle of oil, whole chickpeas and paprika. 

  4. Serve with crackers. 

  5. Experiment with other flavors like spinach, beets and roasted red peppers.
