Crackers & Hummus
Ingredients (Crackers)

Chia Seeds

Pysillium Husks

Flax Seeds
Water
Flavors: Salted, Thyme, Rosemary, Chili, Everything
Ingredients (Hummus)

Chickpeas
(2x Cup/Can)

1x Bulb Garlic

Tahini
(1/2 Cup)

2x Lemon Juiced
+ Zest
Spices: 2x tsp Cumin, 2x tsp Coriander, 2x tsp paprika
Directions (Crackers)

Place all ingredients into a food processor.

Process mixture until desirable texture.

Using a spatula, transfer half the mixture into a bowl.

Transfer the other half into glass storage container to have later.
-
Drizzle olive oil on top of the hummus and season with paprika, Garlic and chickpeas.

Experiment with other flavors like spinach, beets and others.

Process mixture until desirable texture.

Using a spatula, transfer half the mixture into a serving bowl and other into a glass storage container. Top the hummus with a drizzle of oil, whole chickpeas and paprika.

Serve with crackers.

Experiment with other flavors like spinach, beets and roasted red peppers.
