Chickpea Wild Rice Soup
Ingredients

Chickpeas
(1x Can)

Large Onion
(Diced)

2 Medium
Carrots (Dice)

Wild Rice
(1/2 Cup)
4 Celery Sticks
(Diced)

1 Bulb Garlic (Diced)
5 Cups Vegetable Broth
Soy/Tamari
(1x Tbsp)
Spices

Thyme (1x Tsp)
Oregano (1/2 Tsp)
Onion Powder (1/2 Tsp)
Turmeric (1/2 Tsp)
Sage Dried (1/2 Tsp)
Salt & Pepper
Directions
Gather and prepare all ingredients.
In a large pot add onion, carrots, celery & garlic, cook on medium heat for 10-15mins.
Add in spices and chickpeas and stir for 5 mins. Add stock, rice and water and bring to a boil and simmer for 30 mins. Stir often!
