Blueberry Pancakes with Maple Walnut
Ingredients

2x Banana
1/2 Cup Walnuts

5x Tbsp Maple Syrup
1x Cup Milk of Choice

Directions
1/2 Cup Blueberries
  1. Gather and prepare all ingredients.
     

  2. Add pancake mix, bananas, 2x tbsp maple syrup and half of the milk. Blend ingredients and continue to add milk to to desired texture. more milk if you want mixture more runny, less if you want pancakes thicker.  

  3. Pre-heat frying pan to medium-high heat, add oil (if needed) for non-sticking. Pore mixture in frying pan and add handful blueberries, cook until pancake mixture bubbles.  

  4. Repeat 3 more times, stack pancakes on plate, garnish with walnuts and maple syrup.
