Ingredients

Bulb (1x Diced)
Onion (1x Diced)
Crushed Tomatoes (28oz Can)
4 Bean Mix (2x Cans)
Spices
Chili Powder (4x Tbsp)
Cacao Powder (2x Tbsp)
Maple Syrup (1-2x Tbsp)
Paprika (1x Tsp)
Cumin (2x Tsp)
Cayenne (1/2x Tsp)
Tamari (2x Tbsp)
Directions
  1. Gather and prepare all ingredients.
     

  2. Pre-heat oven at 400 degrees. 
     

  3. In a glass bowl crumble tofu and mix in tamari, chili powder & 
     

  4. Bake Oatmeal for 15-20 minutes. Using a spatula, carve out a piece and serve!
